X-Wheel MountainCarbon XC26

X-Wheel MountainCarbon XC26 are the new high performance wheels proposed by Carbon-Ti for the 2019 cross country and Marathon.
The XC26 carbon fiber rim is brand new: it is a made in Italy and is an exclusive Carbon-Ti component, coming from the experience gained by professional riders, who used it in the most important world cup and international competitions.
The inner channel is wide 26 mm and it offers the best compromise between damping and rolling resistance.

The asymmetrical structure ensure a perfectly balanced and homogeneous tensioning of the Alpina Hyperlite spokes (made in Italy), while the high 28 mm profile provides a superior stiffness and allows using shorter and stronger spokes.
The carbon fiber structure has also been optimized with a new strengthened inner rim's lamination, within the nipples’ area and in other sections as well, so as to substantially increase its stiffness and its reliability.

The inner and outer valve seats, appearing now to be perfectly flat, more functional and aesthetically pleasing, are some of the details whose have been taken care of.
The handmade wheel building on customer request is realized  by skilled hands with mechanical pre-stress and computerized digital control of spokes tension and truing.
The well-known X-Hub Straight Pull hubs, which has always been projected and made in Italy, can be chosen in the wide catalogue Carbon-Ti among the Boost, Lefty and RS-1 versions or in the standard one and in the nine available colours.

It is possible to add a further customization, upon request, with the decal optional kits, available in different colours, in order to adapt the wheels to the customer's mountain bike graphic.  
The overall weight of the wheels has been reduced to just 1230 grams, despite the section increase and the rims strengthening.
